Lobelia for wedding at end of May

What a lovely idea  Thanks for sharing.

Is it just me?

I can't touch dry cotton wool, in fact just thinking about it brought me out in goosebumps  I think it's the way it squeaks!

I don't like touching a whole raw chicken, am ok with breast/thigh!

I don't like touching raw egg either . . . Pa Panda dropped one on his foot once, whilst wearing sandals. It made feel sick

As they say, Nowt as queer as folk!

Not sure cocktail umbrellas (made of paper) are the way forward though . . . bit soggy?

Evening all

OH has gone out for the evening (hurrah) so I can choose what to watch on the telly

Hope your headache has gone now Lily and today wasn't too bad. Hope having me with you helped

Fidget, I'd love some seeds but fear that my new found growing skills might fail and that would be a waste

That would be the only reason I would get one Clari!

Any ideas what this is before it flowers

Def an Alium, I've got some almost flowering in my front garden  Unfortunately I have no idea which one as Ma Panda mixed up all the alliums in a paper bag and passed them to me as I planted them. Was going for a more natural look

The top one is a Hosta Clari  I wouldn't dream of them in my garden . . . far too attractive to slugs and snails! Plus I'm way too far away!

Popped into the market on my way home and the following plants persuaded me to purchase them: 2 flowering foxgloves (1 purpurea, Camelot rose, 1 Alba), Penstemon Windsor red, Agapanthus, Salvia Hotlips and Leucanthuem Aglaia. All in 2 litre plus pots, all for £17.50

Now I really have no excuse not to finish of the bed!!

Well, apart from the weather

Hope we are all having a good day

Good to see you SweetPea
