We're watching a film I taped a couple of weeks ago - I agree though, there is nothing to watch on TV tonight

My Goddaughter (9) finds it hard to believe that we couldn't freeze live TV and rewind it when we were little  Goodness knows what she would think to the thought of 3 or 4 channels!!

We are lucky enough to have them bomb around our estate  screaming across the garden  Not lucky enough to have a nest on the house, but there are a lot round my way. I keep thinking that one day I will buy a man made nest and attach it to the house in the hope they will find it

I am surprised that they couldn't "find" the nests as they are there permanently and they will reuse nests year on year.  I would suggest that they just didn't look hard enough

Today has been a good day

Good news from my meeting today

Did loads of planning for our Guide trip to Dublin, things to do that won't cost too much/are free

Received confirmation that my passport is on it's way back to me  (Only took them approx. 3 days to process it)

Finished Guides for this term, and was given a money plant as a thank you from a Guide that was leaving  Lets hope it is a sign

What would have made it perfect would have been an invite to an interview or a job offer - still, I shouldn't be too greedy

Footy is being recorded as OH is out

I decided to put the second coat off until the weekend

Seems I've got a few painting jobs to get on with then........  I would recommend paint pads for those that wish to join me in decorating - much easier than a brush and less messy than a roller

Have to pop into town shortly, catch you all later
