No Runny, no luck on the job front

Busy, they are making some changes, but there were lots of spring interest and the most amazing magnolia  There were also some lovely camellias and a roddie that was streets ahead of the rest and in bloom  Didn't take photos though  Do have a couple that need Id-ing, will do a thread for those

Clari, hope situation improves. Maybe suggest a meeting with you, boss and volunteers to explain and thrash out a job rota? Wouldn't take much to keep the place nice and people happy and may take strain off you?

Hyde Hall is RHS place near our house  Bag is a shopping bag  Ma was disappointed as she is also a member and didn't get the voucher for the free bag

Afternoon all

Have had a lovely end to my week (don't know why I still think in terms of the working week....) as Ma and Pa took me to Hyde Hall and I got a free bag

Haven't read back yet  but I hope you have all had a lovely day

Sounds lovely Verdun  I'm sure your mum will most definitely approve  What a fantastic spot to remember her

No need for sympathy Lesley, but thank you

Morning all

Have been absent with poorliness - looks like I have finally caught all your colds  am feeling rather sorry for myself

Had a lovely Mother's Day with Ma and Pa though  The pork was delish, the veggies on the other hand...... sprouts like bullets  Ah well, I have made soup with them so they are bullet like no more

Hi all

Sorry that you had a miserable night Runny

Glad you and DD had a lovely catch up Busy  Sounds like the cake was good, and agree that the coach coming on a separate day is sensible

Not sure what is on the cards for today, will see.

Took me a bit of time there Lily, but then I remembered the fabric softener!!!

Dove, she really is a girl  to be proud of, a chip off the old block

Hi TC  Understand the excitement of your first garden, got mine 2 1/2 years ago and I love it  Already had a pear tree, which was unfortunate as I don't like them  and my OH won't eat food I've grown (ie not from the shop!)   I find my Ma and friends enjoy my conference pears though
