Haven't posted a pic of my placcy greenhouse.... am too embarrassed about it  It can barely be called a green house, let alone a plastic one!!

Thank you for your kind words  My forearms are achy from wielding my long handled grass scissor things (like edgers). I had a lot of long grass near border edges

P'doc, I get moaned at coz phone cannot be heard in handbag

I've finished the lawn and some cursory weeding.... have left loads of bits all over the grass  Anyone would think I don't own at least 3 rakes!

Some of these shameful spaces are not seeming that shameful... I think you are all too kind

Afternoon  Am sitting out trying to cool down after mowing the lawn (I might have let it grow a bit ) Have done some impromptu weeding too.... it's not like the garden hasn't needed it  Am admiring my geums

and my arch

Shame there is no scent to the roses.... but then I didn't plant them

Afternoon all  Just getting myself ready for a run out with the mower. It's all been allowed to get a wee bit long  Still once it's done the garden will look a lot better

Love this thread

Thsee are my shameful areas

that would be the whole garden.... grass needs cutting, borders need weeding....

the 'plant nursery' aka where I put the plants before planting..... Some have been there for some time

My pots! Admittedly they will be filled with plants but are looking pretty shocking at the moment!

Bushman, sorry to hear of your loss. Had some sad news last night too, one of my parents closest friends died of a massive heart attack yesterday. A big shock to us and his family.

Hope the Chelsea visitors have a great time.
