HELLO FORKERS!

Posted: 02/06/2014 at 16:47

Lily, I know I am rapidly becoming a plants woman to rival Nut (hahahaha!) but can you tell me what it is please? (Looks a bit like a sempavivum)

Well done OH btw!

HELLO FORKERS!

Afternoon

That's my salt mine trip for today done. I feel that I had you all in my hand bag, ready should I need you

Was going to mow the lawn this arvo but the weather has put that on hold. Not sure how bothered I am about it

Plants are looking good, with exception of the buddliea I moved. I am hoping that it is just traumatised following the move and that I didn't chop off too many crucial roots  Oh well, if it doesn't make it then at least it didn't cost me anything

Just getting ready for my first visit to the salt mine for a while. Think I am ready for this. I have many people tucked in my handbag  Thank you for all the well wishes.

Catch you all later x

Thanks Chicky and Lily

As I have planted pink echinacea in there (8) it may well be the pink and purple section! Although I have also chucked in some unknowns so maybe not

Bob, your pics are fab

Chicky, hope that's not as a result of too much vino

HELLO FORKERS!

Evening

Gosh what a lovely day it has been

Carried on weeding and turning the soil. Decided that I should do some planting before I ran out of ground I could stand on (if you get what I mean). I dug up the fake echinacea (aka buddleia) and moved it to the back of the bed (hopefully not killed it, may have left some largeish roots behind ), and then planted some 28 plants  Will put a pic on the garden gallery.

Phew, I'm exhausted!

Trying not to think of the 2 meter square patch that still needs doing!  Will need some more plants to fill that gap

Sweetpea, hope your leg calms down soon.

Off for a shower!
