Gosh that's bad news Alan  Maybe surgical type gloves could add a bit of safety but still allow you to retain an element of touch?

Oh and long sleeves and a hat

I liked her, but thought that she could have had more kicks and flicks  (it's at moments like this that my inner ballroom expert comes out )

Am watching it on playback and haven't had Pixie Lott yet. I was hoping she'd be good

Have to say though David, I like the partnership but am not a huge fan of Tess, she over exaggerates everything I find

Oooo, Anton in a kilt

Verdun, I echo the sentiments already spoken and offer my hugs too

Well, we didn't quite manage the 4 miles  we did more chip hunting (and eating) than was originally intended  and so my weekend starts  Hello Strictly

That's another week finished and I'm off to Guides  Got to summon up the energy for a 4 mile hike   We have cunningly disguised it as a 'chip hunt' otherwise none of them would turn up!

Sounds like you had a good day Gg..

Dove, you look after that hand now

Enjoy your evenings

Thanks Lesley  When he had a hope of regaining is sight in one eye he was dealing with his blindness quite well, even going on a long haul flight on his own! Not sure how well he is doing now he knows it is never coming back

Evening Forkers

Gosh I'm tired  The week feels like it has dragged and then suddenly it's Friday tomorrow

Nice pics Steve

Matty, glad your eyes are ok. A friend of mine has had 'issues' with his (understatement ) and has now been registered as blind. He has blurry vision in one eye but can no longer drive - obviously! He's only 30
