Euphorbia characias subsp. wulfenii 'Lambrook Gold' Spurge

Posted: 19 June 2012
Overall: I love this Euphorbia - I have 5 plants in a lightly shaded border and they look amazing from early spring till at least mid June when they are in flower. I get lots of compliments from passers-by as the huge limegreen flowerheads are eye-catching and very attractive. In hot direct sun, they are less lush but still look good, just for a shorter period. For the rest of the year the Euphorbia's in my lightly shaded border look lush and almost tropical! Easy to maintain and prolific self seeders!
