Hi all this is such an interesting feature the answers of what people want should be sent to all G/C because some of them hav,nt a clue,as Dovefromanbove has told me im lucky to have one near me at Overstrand Norfolk its just what everybody's asking for and i Dont work their honest, its just so good i noted the prices were sometimes half the local ones here in Wales, its has got little cafe, and the family talk to you and value your custom and no silly stuff for sale.im looking forward to using it, and i alwauys try to do a deal with the prices of things in a friendly way and get free delevery when they are passing it works ,good for their bussiness and good for me Alan

Shrubs for the front garden wall

Hi Stebe, this year iv planted Hydrangea with stunning results, they grow quickly and are shallow rooters but like a good drink, and iv fed on nettle juice, next year more potash for lots of flowers. With the neutral soil id go for a good mulch for starters and get mauve mophead and lacecap (Hydrangea Macrophylla ) maybe a white one if youve room,.the good thing with hydrangea is they look after themselves look great so colourful and all this with just a tiny bit of TLC once a year. Also if you go to RHS Hydrangea theres loads of pics and info ,,Good luck S sorry this site wont let me put pics on STILL Alan

up to 3 years ago the allotment was a field and although we bought in about 12 ton top soil we had blight,so did the other allotmenteers 50% lost crop to wire worm, and what was left in the 3 types of spud were huge scab infested ,the rest went to water when in the pan ,But this year new village new allotment ,new house, hence new carrots also we think the 4 ton of manure was not so good all who had it were disappointed as well,so a nice carrot to try please i think i might start them in the greenhouse toilet roll way if you think thats a good idea or no
