I also planted a Star Jasmine in 2011. It did not produce any growth last year, this year it has put on about 8 inches of spindly growth on two stems. The rest of the plant just sits there. It looks remarkably healthy. I understand that it is a slow growing plant but this is ridiculous. Feeding with with high potash plant food is recommended on the label. The plant is not impressed I'm sure it is laughing at me.
