Thompsons

Can any 1 tell me why Thompsons and Morgans send out their potate seed so early it will be 2 months before I can think about planting.  Also what is the best way to keep thenm so they don't go off or chit?  I have contacted Tompsons who's attitude is they don't care and wouldn't even give any advice, any advice would be appreiciated.

i had 36 perennial plugs two months ago and have gradually put them into bigger pots as needed. as i am new to this , do i keep putting them into bigger pots till next year? i only have a shed with a little window. should i build a cold frame before winter or can you suggest what i do with them. they have been like my babbies and i really look after them

What's the weather like in your area?

well i live in the rhondda valleys in south wales and we have had only two weeks of sun all summer one in may and one in the middle of luly . my flowers have been average but my allotment has been awfull. our spuds had blight and our beans have lovely flowers but no beans

all my spring bulbs are flowering now! how can i fill the gaps till  my summer plants come up? i have only borders and pots
