poorly plum tree

HI had this plum tree almost 2 years it was a wedding present for my daughter and her husband..Its a Victoria  and its on my allotment as they have a back yard but no garden. sadly it's not looking too good the leaves are yellowing and there's no sign of any plums. Any advise please.

 I did give it a seaweed feed a couple of weeks ago but it's not perked up

 there are some potatoes planted close by could that be the problem?

Didn't know it was a fly repelent. I use it to make tea just put in a jug and pour boiling water on then leave for a few mins it's quite refreshing.

Have you looked at Wildlife Kate's website? She has lots of cameras and i think she may also sell them . I would also love one but i think they are a bit pricey. Still waiting for blue tits to fledge think it will be any time now 

Beetroot Problems

Hi i have in my garden note book only water beetroot when parched as watering encourages leaf growth and not root development. Mine last year were rubbish maybe it was all that rain. Hopefully they will be better this year only very small at the moment.

Thanks for the seeds cotty1000 and gardengirl. It's the first time i have done this it's very exciting. cotty1000 i have been looking at your list you have some realy interesting seeds, if i send a stamped addresed envelope would it be possible to have a couple more of your seeds please? I don't think i have any that would interest you at the moment but i will collect some in autumn.
