What do you do or what did you do at work

Butcher to trade was shop manager then left to go self employed with my twin brother in the building trade which hit a hard time in the early 90s. Sold that and have been a school janitor since in my village school love the job just wish i had done gardening years ago now a lot of catching up to do lol.

Morning all weather this morning a lot cooler but still dry me and wife both off today so going out for the day. Will most likely visit McLarens Nurseries which is about 10 miles from home on the way back have a good day all.

Same here Lyn never take mine off for the same reasons an old guy at the garden club told me it's good for all the year.

Eden Greenhouse door problem

Hi sixslices just looked at my greenhouse door it has top with runners two middle bars and the bottom runner which has a channel that slips into the frame at the outside end which then just slides along the main structure hope this helps you.

Greenhouse watering

Hi OL i work full time also i water all my young plants from the bottom in tray's of water till i feel the compost damp on top.Then lift them out and put back on the staging before i go to work and open all windows full and door and are fine when i get home from work.

The best compost i have used is Sinclair Pro50 growing medium and Sinclair Summer Hanging Basket also Sinclair seed sowing compost great results with them all.
