Morning all Dove hope your OH is good with the hose as a couple of good soakings it will not come back. Nice morning here one of the local GC have a summer sale starting tomorrow as a member of there garden club we are allowed a preview and buy tonight so i might pop down have a nice day all.

Fairygirl your right water is something we have plenty of in this area but another week in this hot weather and some councils down south will put hosepipe bans on.

One good summer does not mean we have to change things for the weather after all how many summers like this do we get lets be honest. I love watering the garden and greenhouses as you can keep an eye on your plants on the way round for any problems maybe it's just me that thinks that way but love this weather.

Morning all just heading to airport shortly to drop son off as he's working in London till Wed night. Hope to finish my border today when i come back from airport lifted my first potatoe's last night so will taste them tonight they look good have a  good day all.

Morning all lovely morning garden watered had tea & toast now going to pick up daughters car from the garage then drop off sons car at another garage as hes off to London till next Weds for his work. Then it will be garden, garden and more garden till am back to work on Tuesday got a border to do and plant can't wait to see how it turns out have a good day all.

Best garden show on TV for beginers like me is the Beechgrove Garden as its not the big expensive gardens that they cover on there show. As you said Verdun i would like a TV programme that goes into detail of plants from sowing to planting and care for them maybe some day.

Morning all TT hope your son is fine nice morning again my job is to paint the nursery kids outside playshed got the paint yesterday it will be a surprise for them when term starts back. This weekend doing a border next to my back window making it deeper so i can plant shrubs & flowers in it have a good day all.
