MORNING FORKERS

 late good morning ..pork in the oven with herbs and onion from the garden . plus spuds and peas and broad beans on the hob ..and  pudding . apple crumble from a friend .  got my onions up  and put in carrots for a late crop . life is good

went ok.. have a first  second and third on the shed wall...will find out in the next few weeks . but the days have gone when we had a slap up meal at  manchester town hall the kids  love the garden as well ,

yep double dig and put in compost etc . looks like some former owner took care of the garden . looks like its all in place for you and well done  get youself a beer

got loads of cabagge butterflies here in north manchester  and bees .got mygarden judged in a local comp today . curry and lager for tea . weather warm late sunshine . and the grandkids have all gone home two to north wales and one to clayton

theres  a slopeing bank from where i took this photo . will plant cottage style with cuttings from my garden .  will be sowing seed for the grass

used to pick loads of  mushies when i was  a kid on the banks of the river dee (cheshire)  when fishing ps nice with some moorhens eggs
