Delphiniums and Lupins

I have had some Delphs for at least 5 years. You can take cuttings in early spring for growing on for the following year. I don't seem to have many problems with slugs on them, though if it is a new plant I put pellets down for the first few weeks.

I have a 6x8 lean to g/h, with an apricot fanned out on the wall (apricots are ripening as I type). I built my own staging, 8' long down one side with a shelf underneath with big plastic boxes to keep flowerpots, saucers etc. An old shower tidy on the wall for odds and ends. At the moment there are San Marzano toms, peppers, aubergines, stawberries and cucumbers. I overwinter a lot of things in there and germinate a great deal in late winter and spring. I now have a heated propagator on kitchen windowsill, so some things start there then go to the g/h. I don't grow anything in the ground inside the g/h except the apricot.

I'm up for it; Nut, I could take you; it is 1.75 hours going via Cromer to avoid Norwich traffic.

Yesterday was Compost master's Conference; today a Compost Event just North of King's Lynn, so have not been able to come onto the forum. Glad so many people took pics of the gardens; they were pretty wonderful. BusyB, am so pleased you have ordered Lady Hamilton Rose, I loved the bronze foliage. Am trying to figure out where I could fit her in

Thank you all for such a wonderful day.
