I love my little garden.It's only 7m by 4.5m, smaller than some peoples greenhouses. It is paved so everything has to be in a pot. I have over 200 crammed in.
I also have a thin border at the front of the house. I have as many flowers in the front as possible with hanging baskets, and troughs on the windowsills and more troughs on the low walls between me and my neighbours.Whenever I am out the front people passing by stop to say how beautiful it looks.
The only sad thing is I have no one to share my joy of the garden with.My 17 year old son does his best but really doesn't want to wander round garden centres, nurseries and gardens with his mother! |
