Prehaps someone somewhere would like to name a plant, a fuchsia, rose, pansy anything really-don't you think ......... Pounsett-Krynauw sounds good.

Lovely Pansies Artjack.

Wow love the Bowl of Beauty.

To be honest Fairygirl I don't really like  Petunia. Love how they look but always go sticky. I got three as part of a plant selection and really wanted the other plants.

Isn't it great we all like different things. Isn't it nice trying new things. Seeing other peoples pics on here gives so many ideas as well.

What did you do in your garden today?

All I did was pot up some tiny plugs of lavender which arrived today. Does looking through a new gardening book that arrived count?

MORNING FORKERS

Afternoon all. Stupid Internet not working this morning. We have a gray day with light rain so far. None of the storms yet which have been forecast.

Inspiration needed! :)

Hi GW.I'm no expert- there are much better gardeners on here than me. I would think that a flowerbed with anything that grows high enough would grow up beside it. I like your idea of rocks but have no idea of what to suggest to plant in it.

I've started planting stuff out and will keep my fingers crossed.

I'm here.

Son gone to football with his dad. There is me quietly watching TV and on here when sons friends knock- say could they just come in and wait for Billy? They said he has his x box. I'm just too kind as I let them come in and watch football on sky and I've come up to my bedroom. I will expect medal for best mother of friend!!!

I love planning, but with my small 7m by 4.6m paved backyard there is only so much I can do.
