I didn't realise any slugs were useful. Will have to look out for these

Matty I meant to say yesterday I envy you that obelisk- so much nicer and more practical than the ones I have.

TT what a wonderful idea- I'm sure Verdun would love to put us all up- we should make it a weekend this year then arrange for a week or two next year .

I do wish that I could do more IT things- the awful thing to admit is I taught computer studies about 30 years ago. Worse still I taught IT about 5 or 6 years back. Looked up what I was supposed to be doing then arrange for one of the geeky boys to teach the rest!!

KEF I will know who to blame if any plants disappear- mind you there are many gardens with much nicer plants than mine to steal. It would be lovely to meet some people on the forum- I could have arranged to meet you Lizzie when you were here if I'd realised you were not just passing through.

So if any one else comes anywhere near Newhaven

I sowed some Nigella yesterday- hope it looks as lovely as yours Lizzie.

O is for Osteospermum. I have some that my bil dug up from his garden about five years back. It was a straggly little piece. Itcomes back every year and is lovely. Only problem it is the sort that only opens up in the sunshine.
