Was up nice and early to do some watering, nice and cool outside and blasted with heat inside. Guess my cottage is acting like a storage heater now.

friend said back in the winter its actually better to keep heating on and its less to run that way since your maintaining a temperature rather than heating as such. hmm still not convinced on that one.

Morning all more poppys this morning more than 37 (yesterday was 15) All red so far but there seems some variayion in the flower heads

i bought a box of reds , blues and scented and kinda sowed way more than makes sense supposed each box was to do 50 square metres.  To be fair the boxes were a little vague not even listing all the types of seed in the boxes.
