HI,

My daughter tells me that lily beetle has to be reported to the R.H.S. if this is true who do I report it to?

Also my neighbour's have bamboo that is beginning to creep into my garden. Can anyone help in getting rid of it, they want to as well.Any help would be very much appreciated.

Is this Arum Lily?

They could be dragon arum which can grow quite tall and has beautiful flowers a bit like wild flower cuckoo pint but much larger and a deep burgundy colour. Just one thing a couple of days after the bloom has opened it has the smell of rotting meat this is to attract fly's to pollinate it.
