Andy my baskets were started at the end of April and kept indoors because some of the planting was very small ..... and i had to watch for frost...

Compost - any good quality one will do, you can put feed sticks in the compost which would save you feeding, i use tom feed for mine...

Remember when planting your basket - start with the tallest plant in the middle of the basket and work outwards

To be quite honest Dove .. i did mention this to my doctor a long time back , he replied " the human body is amazing, it tells you what it needs" - hence when your tired you sleep, some need more than others, and as we know as we get older we may require more or ....... less ?
