Hi all,  Jimmy i had better get the traps out but like you have had no fruit to eat at home.


Next year they all be like my neighbour on the allotment, he has a horse with troughs either side and one on top, and no trouble.

No most of the fruit is uneaten, i counted 15 in one heap small medium  and large and there were 4 heaps i saw this afternoon most of the fruit is unripe

Help, does anybody know what is eating my strawberries they are being taken from the plants small,large,ripe and white ones.  I have found them in little heaps under my broad beans which are in the next bed. Is  it mice rats voles or what? Thank you.

Thanks so much they are organic i made sure of that tomorrow morning im off down to my allotment to start them off (i have a polytunnel).

I bought about 1/4 lb of tumeric tubers they are about 1 to 2 inch long how? or can i grow them in this country i would love to try

Thank you all, I think at the moment I will net the greens, I have many bees, and they are laying their eggs in the bee houses I have around the allotment.

I have always used the rhubarb sticks cut into small cubes for planting my brassicas, and have used the leaves steeped in water as a weed killer, but yesterday was told that the leaves can be used as a wash  to deter the cabbage white. As they are toxic has anybody else either used it or heard about it. thank you

Runner Beans loss of leaves
