hi artjak i just spray it on & around on tender plants on dry days but not when frost is forecast. recipe:I put a whole garlic bulb in a pan of water and boil for 10 mins then leave to cool, strain and use it in a sprayer diluted 1 part to 10 parts water

Hi all what abrill set of folks. I just got back from M&D's and walking the dog. my family are as mad as a bucket of frogs I was the only one drinking too much and kept filling mum's glass only had wine and bucks fizz. ate loads of scrummy lamb, veg, trifle, cake and choccs got back and guzzled can of lager. OH and i not on speaking terms after he told me he was too tired to watch 'Girl with dragon tat' said he was having a warm drink and bed. iread my kindle for ages and then wandered down stairs to find him watching footy grrrr nother beer I think

wow some great signs for the spring I also have buds on roses looking good and camellia i can't wait to see(all the buds sropped off this year)

Love the idea of bright pink barrow Tinkling but haven't space to wheel it now. Yes slugs and snails have had a feast this year i think it's time for pellets now before they start breeding again. I tried everything- including homemade garlic solution in a spray which had some success but didn't cope later in the season. hot spring/summer would be great 2013 as i have a milestone birthday to celebrate

I am too full to think of food and my thoughts are wandering outdoors. Has anyone got bulbs showing? I can see tiny snowdrop tips and daffs and the leaves of crocus but is it too late to plant up the daffs and the tulips that i didn't get time and space for but are still in our garage?

just finished stilton and brie with bikkies and a glass of port yum. birds are going mad in the garden with full feeders and fat peckers. got bird box and outdoor clock for chrimbo so been looking for sites. I'd put p.j.s on Ice Queen if i didn't have to go to mum & dad's for buffet tea! Roll on feet-up Friday xXx
