Oh poor Wonky, she must be so worried. I hope he turns up.

OH gives me membership every year as an ongoing birthday present. Have been to the 4 main RHS gardens and many others and this year I have a discount on tickets for the Malvern Spring Show. It usually pays back the subscription.

That must be very superior fencing Obelixx. My wooden posts were 2.55€ each x 20 (he re-used a few of the old ones, 60€ for man to bang in posts and clear away the old ones and about 70€ for new electric white ribbon and insulators.

Here is "Grumpy" snowdrop.

Glad you are enjoying your trip Topbird.

I'm feeling really tired after all that walking about the paddock, mending the fence. Coughing more again. Rib still hurts. Shoulder tendonitis still giving twinges. Oh dear what a moaner I am. OH has gone to choir practice, I'm having a mug of coffee with painkillers. I never used to take painkillers.

My snowdrops are coming out too. I think they've increased since last year. I won a snowdrop in the gardening club quiz last year, called Grumpy, because it has a grumpy face on it's petals, it's now in flower. In a pot to keep it separate from the normal ones.

I'm another one with old bottles of stuff in fridge and cupboard. I don't look at the date until I want to use it. Does anyone know how long Worcestershire sauce lasts? I seem to have 2 bottles, one is dated use by 2013.

Fence is finished and horses are now back in the winter paddock, more convenient for hay and water supplies.

Morning all.

Our little red squirrels are still hibernating. Doesn't look such a nice day as yesterday. Log man is pruning the apple trees, I'm a wimp about going up ladders.

I like earrings too. But only wore perfume, and clothes, for doing the fence. Horses are still in the other paddock as I haven't quite finished.

I'm giving up loo rolls for sweet peas too. My favourite brand has had its rolls changed for flushable ones and last year they all dissolved!

RB, my head would have been in the trough too!

I wear mascara and a light pearly lipstick to go out. I always wear perfume after my morning shower, Eternity. Always wear moisturiser, l'Oreal, which doesn't sting my eyes, some others do. Never high heels, I'd fall off them!

Have spent the day refencing the paddock with the help of the log man to bash in the posts. He said he saw a big red deer with huge antlers. Something frightened the horses the night before last and they were out of the paddock which had fence posts and electric ribbon strewn all over it. Haven't quite finished putting on the electric ribbon. Of course the 2 electric drills with 2 batteries each didn't have a battery charged up. Used the little old fashioned hand drill for half of it.
