What's your Flower of the moment?

Brummie Ben, found it's name, it's Sutter's Gold small climber, can also be a hybrid tea. It doesn't show on the photo, but it's buds are flushed red and the young flowers have a reddish tinge on the outside of the petals.

MORNING FORKERS

Morning all. I feel for you Maud, hope Dad's feeling better today.

Fairygirl, I was wondering about Blackest too. Perhaps he's on holiday.

Sunny, going to go and put out washing.

What's your Flower of the moment?

Although it's been a cold, wet spring in Dordogne, sometimes colder and wetter than in England, the plants are still ahead here. My irises are now over, so are the aquilegias, apart from one I bought in England in April.
My flowers of the moment are roses.

Has anyone visited any gardens yet? I'm going to England on Sunday and I'm looking forward to visiting gardens in Kent, Surrey and Sussex. Can anyone recommend any?

Thank you Tina, I'm very relieved to here that all that cake isn't fattening! Sigh of relief  I may have worked some off in the garden today, though.

What did you do in your garden today?

I finished planting my pots, done it in stages as the old violas were still looking pretty. Then I weeded and filled in gaps with annuals.
