Good post from Frank about the professionals. They are so good at their chosen career of dancing and must have huge amounts of patience to teach people the way they do.

What is the matter with Oxbridge? My parents and my brothers went there. I didn't because I decided to go to London to train as a nurse.

Sounds a lovely day, Dove. Lobster  sounds a luxury picnic. Glad you enjoyed Miss Saigon, Yvie Stevie.

Wrong result for me. I like Naga and I often watch her on Breakfast TV. She's not cold. DR how could you know anything about her when you admit you don't even watch her. She was near the bottom dance wise but was much better than Ed Balls. I find Anastacia full of herself, she gets on my nerves.

Planting plans and keeping track of your plant names

Posted: 16/10/2016 at 17:41

I had a plan when I started in 1991 but I've lost it. I have a garden note book to write down what needs changing or moving. Over the years it would have been too complicated to keep up with the plan. I take photos regularly through the year.

cherry trees

If it is a sweet edible cherry you prune it in the summer. But I never prune mine. Cherries catch bacterial diseases easily.

Spray for blackfly when you can see the flies and spray them directly. It should say what to do on the bottle.
