Snap Paula, seems we both like Honda! I'm 5'3".

The make I really like is Honda. Starts easily, even after the winter. I have an old Honda Pro, not made quite the same anymore, but it must be nearly 25 years old. OH has a small Honda and I have a Honda strimmer and a Honda Rotovater. Pleased with all, better than the other makes that they replaced. I suppose budget would come into it though.

Couldn't get to them at first until I clicked on forum posts by accident. If I go to "my settings" via "forum posts" everything is there. If I click on "Edit" it just asks if I want to change my avator photo - which I don't.

At least the one above appeared after I wrote it so someone has done something. Really would like the notifications and my identity back.

MORNING FORKERS

Hello all, had my 4 children and 6 grandchildren staying so haven't been on here.

Also it's not working very well, which is a bore when you are in a hurry. I typed some answers on some other threads but couldn't see them until I clicked on F5, which I didn't know about until Dove mentioned it. I used the email notifications but haven't had any for some time.

Also when I click on my avator pic it says I'm from Wyre Forest and I haven't any details or posted anything. I couldn't work out how to get to my messages until I clicked on forum posts by accident and got to them via my posts. So I didn't answer GG straight away, especially as there wasn't a notification.

Sent Daniel Haynes a message, he said it was working OK, sent him about 3 since but no answer.

Clicked on your pic, Sue and it said what you've written about you - so it can't be just because I live abroad.

Is this what you mean? You can find them on Google.

When I click on my picture I get Wyre Forest, no photo, no previous posts, no info about me. I can get the info if I click on forum posts. Have written to Daniel (editor) a few times, no change.

In case anyone wants to know, I live in Dordogne, France. Moved from Kent in1985. Have gardened for over 40 years.

I'm not getting any notifications of replies to posts by email either, or notifications of messages. Also when I posted yesterday my posts didn't appear until I clicked on F5 to refresh.

My OH ended up fencing my garden as the deer ate most of it. I enjoy it so much more now. But there is some unfenced garden. The deer don't eat dahlias, peonies, rudbeckia, fuschias, caryopteris, knautia, stachys the lambs ears one, antirrhinums or foxgloves. Oh, I see you say they eat fuschias, they don't touch mine!
