I have always ordered plants from Thompson and Morgan and not once been disappointed but decided to give Coblands a try. Bitterly disappointed with the quality of the plants and it seems I am not the one one to be similarly disappointed. An answer machine is all you will get if you attempt to complain to "Customer Services". I did eventually receive a refund for the plants that were received in poor condition but absolutely no compensation for inconvenience or distress. I was told that the plants would thrive once planted? My assertion is that plants should not have been dispatched in a poor condition in the first place. Customers have the right to expect good quality plants in excellent condition. I will absolutely NEVER use Coblands again and will do all I can to persuade friends, family and fellow gardeners/allotmenteers not to either.
