Helleborus orientalis Lenten rose

Posted: 02 December 2011
Overall: I divided these before moving house in the spring and they have settled beautifully into my new garden. I'm so glad they've survived as they can be expensive to buy from new.

Aquilegia bertolonii Columbine

Posted: 02 December 2011
Overall: This is a must have. It self seeds everywhere and you can easily replant the seedlings to produce blue/purple colour in abundance. I'm definately going to invest in some of the other colours this spring.

Iberis Fairyland Mixed Candytuft

Posted: 02 December 2011
Overall: My father gave me a clump of this from his aunt's garden where she had in growing in the early 1970's and I now have clumps of it all over my garden. It divides so easily and is very hardy. It is probably the whitest flower you'll ever see in a garden. Well worth having.

Weigela 'Briant Rubidor' Weigela

Posted: 02 December 2011
Overall: I've found this so easy to propagate, simply take soft wood cuttings.

Nepeta 'Six Hills Giant' Catmint

Posted: 02 December 2011
Overall: This is very easy to propagate from soft tip cuttings.
