Thats good news Pat - was obviously a fierce bug you had, but great to hear that there are no complications

Afternoon Pat - hope everything was ok at the doctors.

Morning to those still to arrive.  Just about to go find some breakfast, and then I need to circumnavigate the M25 in rush hour ......feel like an intrepid explorer.

I'll be there .....and you can count on me for the flowery bunting.  Might have a bottle of Poteen left in the cupboard from Mr Chicky's Ireland days ......if its guaranteed to be a hangover free zone then it might just be safe to take the lid off the bottle.

As for dress code .....can I come as a scarecrow? Sometimes get a bit fed up of looking like a chicken

Night all I'm in a hotel room in Stevenage, feeling very lonely with noone to talk to, so its been lovely catching up on your days' news

Great photos Liri - really hope you find somewhere that you are happy with for Mum soon.

Will be thinking of you on Monday Panda - make the most of your last few days of freedom.  Is the cooker fitted yet?

Glad the christening went well Lizzie - sad reason for the England visit, but hope you enjoy the other bits of it.  You'll have to dodge the showers though

What are you supposed to be writing Jo?  Do we have an author in our midst??

Right - time to try out those pillows - see you in the morning folks

Off to Cambridge later with work ....might catch you later if the wi fi is any good.  Driving in this rain is not going to be a lot of fun

Morning all

glad Wonky will be waking up in her new home - sounds like you are nearly there now.  Bit of a marathon weekend, but will be worth it when you are all settled and the garden is just outside your back door

expecting the weather to change today - too dark to see what's happening out there at the moment, but can't hear the rain yet.  Hopefully it will blow itself out this week and we'll get another fine weekend.  After all, there is a Forker wedding to look forward to

best get a wiggle on .....
