Itching to get mine in - the bed is prepared. Looking at the forecast for the rest of April it looks like we're going to be frost free here in South Hampshire from April 10 (if you can ever believe a foreacst). Right - I have just convinced myself - they are going in after work tomorrow.  I can always fleece if the forecast changes (fingers crossed smiley)

I've got Clematis cirrhosa Freckles but I wouldn't call it fast-growing. Had it about 5 years now and it's about 2m tall, up an obelisk. It does indeed flower throughout winter though.

Yes absolutely easy to get out if they pop up where you don't want them and in a similar vein easy to move and put them where you do want them

When I tried signing up I just wanted to be Janet which is my name but the best I was offered was JANET6 which was a no from me. I tried various other names and they too were taken. In the end I think I must have been subliminally driven by the red chillies of the 'hot threads' cos that's what I typed and it was accepted!

Hi Ryan if they don, t flower this year they will not seed! Be patient because when they get established they can be considered invasive but I personally love them
