Well It is almost time to start getting all my lovely garden tools out of hibernation ...can't wait.  It got me thinking....what would be the tool you would not be without for your gardening, have you ever made something that you find useful? Have you a handed down tool you would hate to lose or break ?

love to read your replies

Anyone help me ????

Do you think it would be wise to split my Agapanthus that has been growing in a terracotta pot for about 4 years and has good leaf growth but has never flowered for me ?

Many thanks

What are your favourite new pototoes ?? There seems to be so many to choose from and being a novice it's hard to choose !!  I don't have a huge space and will only grow some first earlies.

Thanks everyone

Well, it's the time of year when I get so impatient to start sowing and getting ready for this years vegetable and flower planting .....yes too early I know but the feeling is there every year !!!

I seemed to have a bad year last year with my compost - did anyone else ?

I wonder what your thoughts are on the best composts you have used for seeds , and potting on, are you fans of peat free or not?  Also anyone used coir pellets and did you like them?

Thanks for your thoughts
