Back from work- bruised and battered. Fell over one of the raised beds I'd left up my back passage on my way to work last night. Bruised knees, scraped shins and grazed palms.

Yes, I want to start cooking from scratch more to be honest. Need to get myself a good, BASIC, cook book. That's what puts me off some recipies. Long list of extra ingredients that I don't have/want.

buy one item you don't have each week soon you will have a whole cup-board full  can I suggest a trip to your library for a good starter cook book like Mrs Beaton's

last year was my first for growing cues I wont say it was a complete disaster for I only got 4 fruits of each plant I grew 6 on my plot don't remember it's name but it was an all female . and last year was wet
