Wilkinsons in November sell their spring bulbs at reduced prices to make way for Christmas stock.

Gardengirl I have loads of seeds annual and perennial. Have a think what you fancy and I will sift through my two shoe boxes and posh wooden seed box. I have Shasta daisy, helenium, golden rod and red monarda that is nearly ready.

I know it is a cop out saying what do you fancy but I have too many to list!

Is this grass black or is it black grass?

I googled black grass and it is a farm land weed. Or is it ophiopogon? The nice looking grass.

Don't get me wrong some weeds look nice but I hope it is the latter.

I am sorry to hear that. I will still send you my seeds when they have ripened. Hope to speak to you soon.

Gardengirl are the pony tail grass seeds annual? If they are perennial I will have some off you.

Has anyone  got pampas grass seeds or any other grass seeds for me?

Ok thanks. I am going to be planting a prairie garden next year and would like some grasses to go in there.

But I know nothing of grasses. I would like some seeds of grasses that are fluffy, that have coloured seed heads and have autumn colour.

Please help. I have a big collection of seeds to swap. Let me know what you would like and I will see what I can do.

How did you get your hat seeds to germinate? I tried this year and failed. My packet is exactly the same with Chinese instructions.

I sent you a message the other day saying which of your seeds I'd like. I think I am going to be busy next year with all these seeds.

The problem with collecting seeds off plants that you haven't grown,is that you are unsure of how to grow them. I imagine the Chile black are sown like other scabious.

Of course. Not sure if it is a bit on the tender side as it has been planted this year.

I have just acquired some Chile black scabious, silvery sea holly(not wilmots ghost) and white cosmos.

It is good to look after people's gardens whilst they are on holiday
