Home Page "On the forum" links dead ?

Thanks Daintless and fidgetbones, strange one this. I`ve disabled my adblocker and 4 out of the 5 topics became live, I then re enabled adblocker and it`s back to just the one link working out of the five. I`ll keep an eye on it but I prefer adblocker on to be honest.

Is anyone else experiencing problems with forum topic links on the home page?

The only live link for me is the last one on the list. Not sure if it`s the website or my

adblocker causing the problem. It`s never happened before.

Hi Holly,

Try and choose a few with a little more growth and try them straight into 3 inch pots, keep them moist but not too wet and just see how they do, you have little to lose but could gain valuable knowledge for the future.

Hi Holly,

Why not try a little experiment and re-pot a few and see how they grow in comparison to the others. Just put them outside in a light warm spot under cover and see how they do?

I`ve got all of mine outside in a plastic growhouse and those that I potted on early, approx. a month ago are, between 6 and 9 inches high with a good spread now and doing pretty well. If you have plenty it`s always worth a go, good luck.

"Do remember these are dangerous chemicals you will be using.

Keep young children and pets off!! "

Good advice, although I am sure we are all sensible enough to read the appropriate instructions. It is of course acceptable to allow older children to be sprayed !!!

Pick off the flower heads as often as possible and try using Verdone extra for added control, its pretty good and doesn`t kill the grass. Just be patient .

Many thanks to everyone for taking the time to reply and their advice.

I`ll have to get some high strength Glyphosate at it ASAP, I`m determined to free myself of this monster this year, fingers crossed.

Hi obelixx,

Yes I do mean Jap. Anemone, it`s a pink Koenig ? I think. EDIT. Possibly Queen Charlotte, variety not Koenig

I have tried digging it out, removing as much root as I can find, I have sprayed with weedkiller, not my preferred option, but it`s growing away like mad at present. I just want to get rid ASAP, any ideas for a permenant solution ? How deep do the roots / runners go to ?
