Hello maggie-1. That's a really good suggestion, thank you. We're currently reviewing ways to expand and improve the Problem-solving section, so we'll add that to the list of ideas. It's a good point that the information online is frequently too technical to be of use to gardeners.

MadJackSlam: I'm really sorry that you've experienced problems entering the competition. We've referred the problem to our technical team, who are looking into it. In the meantime, do you have another browser installed? It might be worth trying entering again in that, if so. But we should have the glitch with Chrome ironed out shortly.
