i have taken some fushia and hibiscus cuttings a while ago and now they have rooted they are 4 to 5 inches tall and root system is quite large they were taken from my hardy fushia.. now what do i do with the cuttings so they stay well through winter as my coldframe/greenhouse isnt heated and am now banned from putting any plants on the windowsills (got a bit extreme lol) any help will be apprecicated as my hardy fushias dont get any special care through winter and put a lovely display on eaxh year i live in south east england thank u

hi there was just wondering whether anyone could tell me the correct way to collect lupin seeds at the moment they have furry seed pods now do i cut them off and hang until dry or do i have to wait until they turn brown on their own then collect as i dont want to miss out as have heard if not harvested correctly the pods burst spreading the seed? also with gerimantion do i have to scar the seed amd soak before sowing? and how well do the seeds keep? thank you

hi i have purchased some perenail plants from a farmers market and am just wondering whether its possible to take cuttings from the lost below..

centranthus ruber snowcloud

heuchera firefly

veronica gentianoides


any help and advice will be apprecaited but theres one plant called confetti nemesia that i really wantto take cuttings off so if anyone could help and write how to do it thank you

 took peoples advice and moved some of my granny bonnets seedlings into their own pots but i am confused of what after care i have to give them obviously i wll move them into bigger pots when larger but what happens over winter will the foilage still die off and regrow in spring even though they are quite small?thank you

hope i spelt it right lol can cuttings be taken from delphiums if so how is this done? and is now a good time to do it?

i have grown some aster this year and it seems to be the only empty seed pack that didnt make it back indoors as i usually like o keep them untill there planted out.. but i sown these asters back in beginging of march and was wondering whther they are at their right height for their age as they look a bit stunted in growth? also some sites on the internet are saying that asters are perenails is that true? the pack i sowed was just Aster Mixed? thank you

has anyone had any success with plants that poundland sell.. they sell all kimd of shrubs and mine now are flowering amazing some better then roses i purchased from the nursery well impreesed  apparantly the only reason they have these shrubs is due to mis shaping or something silly but i have had no worrys with them, just wondering what other peoples success with them have been like? and does anyone know whether its a bit late in the year to buy some more bareroot roses from there as they do look a bit ill this time of year thank you
