Well, the Foxes just beat ManU 5-3 after being 1-3 down!  Couldn't be happier!

Triffic win for Leicester, but oh dear....Man U are in so much trouble. Will watch tonight's MOTD2 with interest.

Not that Liverpool are exactly setting the world on fire at the mo.  We're playing Everton next Saturday at home......hmm

Growing Sweet Peas

Hello, Pindy, welcome to the forum.

Congratulations on your efforts so far.

I have to confess I don't usually grow them in pots because being very deep rooted I prefer to grow them in deeply dug ground. So (with this in mind) I would suggest you use the deepest pots/containers you can......something around 18 inches deep.

Good luck.

It's all quite shameful...

I take it you're head of the local neighbourhood watch committee David

I hope I still feel like going out dancing on a Saturday night when I'm 90

As I said upthread, OL, quite often I'm the taxi driver.

Bekkie....while I mentioned  'dancing', she did also say something about 'total abstinence and a fish diet'.

Secret, bekkie....dancing. She has always been a keen dancer (waltz, foxtrot, quickstep) that kind of thing. Her husband (Albert) used to have his own band in the 50s and this is how they met.....he was the drummer, but now sadly not as fit as his OH.

Your clock must be wrong David, I got her back before midnight but she decided the night was not yet over, some time later she got out of the car singing and I went home in a bedraggled state.

Frank.

Frank - she would be perfect for you, Frank.... I'll not tell Albert.

Moi! Curtain twitcher? I'm the one either being or ordering the taxi most of the time.

I do admire her so much, she is as fit as a flea.....eat your heart out Kristina Rihanoff,

.....last night a taxi picked up my 93 year old neighbour to take her dancing and she leaves her poor 90 y o husband to look after himself and she doesn't get back until after midnight......this happens every Saturday night!

Tut tut.
