Silvery spots on tomato leaves

I agree, a pic would be good. I would have thought leaf miner or slugs/snails...more likely to be some pest rather than a disease.

This is one that takes up no room at all, Tina....it's named Perle d' Azur and grows in the canopy of my old damson tree.

powdery mildew spots on courgette leaves

I agree with Green Magpie, cut off badly affected leaves. It usually appears later in the season, but because of the amount of wet weather this year it's making an early entrance.

You could try this: Milk will control powdery mildew....dilute 1 part to 10 in water and spray infected plants.

It won't affect the crop. (the mildew of course)
