Football season - 2014

Fishy, I've now watched the Everton & Chelsea game on MOTD. I have to say it was one of the best games of football I've seen for many a year and Everton should be very proud of their contribution to make it so......perhaps not the best of days for Tim Howard.

Everton have no worries.

Not a good day at the office, Fishy....to get knocked for 6 seems to suggest some defence problems, although Chelsea are a very strong team at the mo.

At least they managed to 'hold' Burnley to a draw David

Fishy, watched it live and to be honest, Burnley were the better side for most of it.....I'm not so naïve to know that it won't always be so.

Well done those Blades!

Btw, Blackpool lost.....BUT, Peter Kay did switch on the lights on last night.

Camera Corner

Great take, Verdun...certainly nothing to apologise for.  Hope there's no upper or lower class here, everyone's efforts are equally welcome.

My camera club starts-up again on Mon next after our summer break....a club outing to Slimbridge is planned for Oct 19th.

Soil type?

I agree with Dove, it looks a potentially good soil, maybe just lacking a bit of heart.

TLC, as Dove suggests seems the way to go.
