These are the shots taken yesterday in Herefordshire, as above. I'm afraid they're cropped rather heavily to remove cars, lampposts, satellite dishes, and so on.

Sadly the link didn't work either!
I'll re-post another time.

PS, I've found if you right click on the 'link' and click 'go to copied address' it will open the link.

Visited Monty Don country today (Herefordshire) and took a few shots that you may find interesting.
Unfortunately, because of forum technical problems I can only post a slideshow.

Cheap alternative for basket / trough liners?

i just been given two quite large trough baskets about 42' long, i got a few bedding plants for them. i dont feel like coughing up the dosh for liners. Anyone got any ideas on a cheap alternative? was thinking maybe bin liner

I read this as 42 feet, I presume they are 42 inches (42").

Nevertheless, I use compost bags cut open to make a single sheet & turned inside out (remember to make drainage holes).

I've also used (because I have a lot) green mesh netting, bought by the metre from the builders merchant....I understand it's used as a scaffold safety-curtain.

I need hugs too....

I have to say, I'm quite degusted by the defence of Luis Suarez's abominable behaviour at the World Cup by the Uruguayan authorities and would (as a Liverpool supporter) hope that the club plans to move forward without him.
