I have mildew on my white currants and I would appreciate any advice on safe way to get rid of this. Is yellow sulphur safe for edible plants.

I planted a wedding cake tree last year and it is growing very well and about 3 feet high BUT it doesn't have any flowers or even signs that buds are forming. Can any of you more experienced gardeners than me tell me why ???????

Thanks

It's roughly 3ft high. Probably should have been pruned but it didn't happen.
