Tomatoes

Posted: 01/09/2014 at 18:23

My tomatoes have been brilliant this year. I sowed the seeds in January in a heated Propagator and I have been picking them since July. I have bottled a lot of them and have got 15 bottles of tomatoes. They have all been grown in a greenhouse in Autopots so they are watered automatically and I have fed them two or three times a week. It has got to be the best crop I have had.

I really love Liver and onions, and if there is liver left over I love it cold in a sandwich. Now I know most will be screwing up their faces and saying yuk, but hey, don't knock it til you've tried it.

Fuchsia Gall Mite

I have asked about Fuchsia gall mite before on the forum, if you put fuchsia gall mite into search you can see a photo I uploaded before. I did try and pinch out the infected parts but it just kept coming back and I don't like to use chemicals. I did read up on it and it isn't nice. Like you Mike until I had it on my Fuchsias I had never heard of it. All my plants are free of it now, thank goodness.
