It's the Bastard Balm ... Melittis melissophyllum .... a bit of a rarity and one of the few places it's found nowadays is South West Wales.

Something quite special ... https://www.plantlife.org.uk/uk/discover-wild-plants-nature/plant-fungi-species/bastard-balm

Lots of medicinal properties.

LOL, yes I remember that advert Hazel .........my hands are even softer than that 'cos I've hardly done any washing up either ....

Just after my fall my hands went to pieces ... the skin on my fingers all peeled and my hands were so sore ... OH thinks it was the shock ... anyway he bought me some of the loveliest hand cream  Neal's Yard Garden Mint & Bergamot ... it smells wonderful and it's really healed my hands.  Highly recommended ... I shall use no other from hereon.

Love that mix in your triangle bed Victoria

My Clem should be climbing the trellis and along the wires around the window, but as I've not been out there much cos of my foot it made up it's own mind about where if was going this year, and I think it knew best

Nothing seems to eat roscoeas Liri - and they're tough as old boots. I've got R. Kew Beauty in a pot. It stays out all winter and every year it seems to take for ever to appear, and then suddenly there it is, blooming its socks off
