Plants to identify

Posted: 12/07/2014 at 15:25

Hi,

Could anyone help identify the below? I was given them alongside some geums and I'm thinking they were part of a Gardener's world offer.

Thank you!

Plant 1

Help to identify

Hi,

I bought these but they had no label in. I saw them on Gardener's World last night as well but I don't know what they are.

I love them.

Help to identify

Hi,

My sister gave me some of these plants that she was given from her neighbour. They are growing quite vigorously and I'm starting to think they might be weeds!

Was going to wait till they flowered before posting them but no sign yet.

Thank you

(P) on plant labels

Hi,

This may seem like an obvious question but google wasn't very helpful!

I have bought a plant and it had this label in:

http://s4.gardenersworld.com/uploads/images/original/49474.jpg?width=360&height=350&mode=max

It had a (P) in brackets which I thought meant perennial?

I've googled this plant and some websites say its an annual?

What does the (P) mean and is there any tricks to tell if you are buying something that will keep coming back?

Thanks everyone!

Need help to identify these plants

Hi everyone,

Thanks for your comments. I've goggled crab apple and it looks very similiar. Do you think it needs a bigger pot or planting in the ground? I might try to take it out of the pot to look at the roots to see if its pot bound.

Thanks for the help!

Need help to identify these plants

Hi everyone,

I've just started to get into gardening and need help to identify the plants already in my garden.

There are two:

The first is planted in a pot and doesn't look very healthy - any tips on what this is and how I can revive it?

The 2nd is planted in a border:

 Thank you,
