My hubby managed to leave our garage keys in the lock while we went out for the day. Fortunately no-one had decided to help themselves to our bikes stored in there amongst other items!

They look more like mites than spiders to me. I would guess they are bad

Agapanthus are in the family Amaryllidaceae, and lilies are in the family Liliaceae which is why lily beetles don't eat agapanthus

I grew cerinthe about 6 years ago I think this year is the first year when I haven't had loads of seedlings coming up. They can persist for quite a while

If you try cutting back one of your hanging baskets quite hard and giving it a good water and feed you can see if your petunias grow back bushier. Worth a try before you rip the lot out. Try soaking the hanging basket in a bucket of water if possible to get it really watered

It is very likely that the undersheet has been damaged by any weed roots growing through it, those grasses have really strong roots
