Sounds like caterpillars of some sort, I'd squish them inside the webbing
You could keep one and experiment with a bonsai oak tree
They can wilt when first pricked out if they are put into cold compost and watered with cold water. They usually recover when they warm up
The first is red valerian, you can also get a white version. Can be invasive in some gardens.
I don't recognise the second one
Are they attacking you or are they just flying around minding their own business?
I think the first is a weed, possibly chickweed. The second looks like dahlia leaves

Mine is happy in a shady, fairly damp corner, but I have to protect it from slugs when the first shoots appear.
Your dahlia might be small now, but unless you've got a very dwarf variety they grow pretty huge. So it would also swamp your basil plants
