Best blue flowering plant

Nutcutlet, I occasionally find self-sown seedlings and have managed to grow one on. The trouble is I'm not the most attentive of gardeners and would have more success with seedlings and maybe cuttings if I were!

He's a chef at one of the local hospitals. He does sometimes have Christmas day off but only a couple of times in all the years I've known him.

Nutcutlet, I also have c. wilmotty and love it. Most years it has beautiful red autumn leaves as well as the intense blue flowers. I've always understood an alternative name for it to be hardy plumbago, artjak.

Blue flax sounds worth looking into. I hope chickens don't eat it!

Becks, nice to see you. Hope your light continues to shine

Have just had Christmas dinner, now crashed out in front of telly. I love Victoria Wood and in this old programme spotting all the well-known faces is great fun too.

Bjay, it's poor Dove who has the lurgy - I'm hale and hearty at the mo. and hope to stay that way. Are you a gymnast, then Bjay?

~~ A little Flo Wave to Verdun and festive greetings too.

We had sun this morning. I was able to have a shower as the drains have eased off for now - so you can all move in closer again now I'm fragrant

Must dash, I'm missing ISIHAC

Morning All.

Caught up with Strictly last night when we got in from The Messiah - wasn't sleepy and couldn't wait. From the performances on the day it was the right result though I'd have been happy with any of the final three.

OH is working all next week so we're having our 'Christmas' dinner today. Time to go and make mince pies!

Right oh, this is me signing off until after I've caught up with Strictly tomorrow. Have treble-checked recording settings for the show. Just have to hope no power-cut. There is no reason to suppose there will be but ...

Anyway enjoy your evenings all / your morning Inka.

I do feel for you having to book-sort, Jo, it's a tricky thing.

Right, we have a tree to be going on with. A tiny silver one with a very small fairy on top and my belly-dancing lights wound round.
