Glyn, I love 'We love to Boogie' as well, can't sit still.

Jean, that bite sounds just awful. I hope it's not getting worse. Cyclamen thrive in my garden in skimpy soils under trees.

Geoff, wicked person putting choccy thoughts into our heads.

Get Rid of your Lawns

Very well put, Frank.
I admire a lot of what Bob Flowerdew does but he's not the Oracle! Actually I have no lawn to enjoy out the back as half is a hen ranging area and half is veg followed by wildish. I'm with you 100% on regretting the turning of front lawns into car-parks. As you say, how can that be less 'gas-guzzling' than grass!

Morning all - just.
Have had to clean up after a mouse party in the bin & recycling cupboard in the kitchen :- (  Shouted at dogs three times in the night for barking - obviously they knew something we didn't.

Kate, glad the evening was better than expected. I always think it a shame when the music is so loud it spoils the chance to have a good natter.

Gary, I hope you're coping with the Marathon without me.

It's called Snickers now. Will you be snickering then, Geoff?

Gary, thank you (takes small bow)

Gary, perhaps Mrs Mo had other things on her mind. Mr Mo  now such a phenonememenenon that he'll be flitting hither and yon and not avaialble to help with double nappy burden

My blueberries came from ~Trehanes, the same people. They've been growing near here for 60 years so know their stuff. The advice is great as are the plants. Poppins is really delicious, I think, though quite small berries.
