well,I like to see a wood of bluebells,also grape Hyacintha's are lovely with the perfume,dutch iris the small ones,and of course clematis Mr young can look pretty good too!

Just had a book on arboretums and the many different trees round the world,beautiful photography and interesting information,a good book brightens the long winter days with hope.

now since its Christmas eve,I think mince pie with high cholesterol cream ,closely followed by glass of port.

just discovered (after getting an Owl) that in fact I think its the Pigeons who are doing the scaring ,so moving bird hanger and contents to a more favorable area.

I have alot of cacti,some are very old and out growing the pots,this year they have got a yellow tinge to them,yet they have been treated the same as always,I wonder if the lack of sun was the problem or too cold,only one flowered this year.
