you will need to dig it right out if you wish to get rid of it but although you would not want a lot ,it is useful.Good for a   feed for plants ,good for butterflies .

well ,to state the obvious you will need to de weed that   patio,just  get a trowel and dig out the weeds.you could plant up pots with flowers which can be changed easily and bring bright cheer. I would grass a small lawn and have a border with small bushes or bi-annuals that do not take much looking after,and a nice clematis on that treillis a montania .

just bought some plants for a pound re-duced from £3. very good value at BQ they were a little exhausted but soon cured that .

I bought some daffodils that were going cheap in the end of season bargain bin.I planted them so as they would ready for next year ,I didt expect them to start growing and flowering .They are growing and one in bud and all looking healthy.Is this climate change or confused daffodils

what a lovely dog, just like my dog except mine now is very old ,he came from  a farm that treated him badly .He is scared of sheep although he use to round up children.

my self, this my recipe , boil a pint of water put a clove  in, leave to cool and when cooled put water with clove in spray bottle  and top up with  water (it will come stronger).
