Hi Nutcutlet,

Wonderful............looks like it's still not working then!  Yes, we can write

letters to each other instead, but I'd give it another day......things might

have improved by then!  Hopefully "talk" to you later Nutcutlet"

Hi folks!

Nutcutlet managed to get a PM to me yesterday and I've (hopefully) just sent

one back to her - I'm just waiting to see if she gets it.  Like you, Star Gaze Lily,

I couldn't type anything at all on Saturday, but hope it's now fixed.

HELLO FORKERS!

Hi All,

So thankful to read that lots of you are having the same problem as me

(not being able to send pms). I thought it was my own private gremlin at

work!  Nutcutlet - I left you a message on Clueless Gardener's blog, as I

couldn't message you, but I'm not sure whether you'll read it, so thought it

best to let you know on here too! Please don't anyone else disappear......

'it's all so sad - we need you all.

Hi James,

Sorry!  Not been following you for a while, due to a few problems, but promise

to do better now!  Hope you don't mind me using your thread to tell Nutcutlet

that I can't pm her for some reason - no matter what I do I can't type a message

to her, so I wonder if you can pm me Nutcutlet please, as last time you did

when this happened, it seemed to do the trick!  Thank you and thank you too James!

MORNING FORKERS

It's blustery and showery here on the South coast, but Sunday it's supposed

to be blowing a gale (80mph according to the weather forecast) so will

definitely be battening down the hatches!  Do envy you Brumbull living in

Cornwall.  We hoped to retire down there (around the Crantock area) but the

Grandchildren didn't want us to, so we go for holidays there every year instead,

but would still love to live there.  Ah well - maybe when the grandkids are

older we might make it!  Take care everyone - don't get blown away!

Hi Lily,

Your post reminds me of a book I read at school many moons ago!! I'm giving

my age away now!  It was called "The Water Babies" and one of my favourite

characters in it was "Mrs. Doasyouwouldbedoneby" whose motto was just like

you said ....never do or say anything that you wouldn't like to have done or said

to yourself!  What a different world it would be if we could always live like that!

Thanks Brumbull - I had no idea this sort of thing went on - hopefully

these people will get tired of trying to cause trouble if everyone ignores them!

Hi - I wonder if it is a regular poster who has changed his/her name?  The

reason I've mentioned this is because I had to do this a while back as I wasn't

able to post photos or send pms with my previous name (wild about flowers).

But I think that to do this you also have to change your email address - it

wasn't difficult for me to do that as my OH and I have two email addresses,

one mainly for him and the other one mainly for me, but we can both access

the two of them.  I think it's really sad that someone would be nasty on such

a lovely forum as this and I hope that somehow it can be stopped.

Don't be upset Brumbull - just keep on with the good work!
